74m microtunnel completed beneath railway lines over weekend shutdown.
The bore required a Sydney Trains shutdown weekend where a 48hr window is allocated to complete the bore. To achieve this, two crews on 12hr shifts were required.
Pezzimenti was allowed to bore up to the fenceline of the rail before the shutdown commenced
The bore was completed during the second shift. This allowed us to get the carrier main in as well during the shutdown and the client was able to pour the base of the receiving manhole which was in the road corridor.
