Joseph Pezzimenti

After completing degrees in Law and Commerce from the Monash University of Melbourne, Joseph began working full time with the family company and is now the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Director for Pezzimenti Laserbore™ and Pezzimenti Tunnelbore. Joseph is the third generation of Pezzimenti to manage the family company.

Scott Wells

After completing his Civil Engineering Degree in 1993, Scott worked in varying departments at Sydney Water, including Planning, Major Works and secondment as a Project Manager to the Clean Up Australia organisation, delivering two recycled water projects. In 2004 Scott was Project Manager and then Delivery Manager for Water and Sewer Constructions at CLM Excavations (now Zinfra Jemena), and afterward, the General Manager of a Civil and pipeline business in Newcastle. Scott joined Pezzimenti in early 2014 as Construction Manager, NSW.

Daniel Grudgings

Daniel completed his Engineering Degree in 2010 and, after gaining some experience working as a graduate engineer for Boral Cement, found a passion for site and project engineering, working on the QCLNG project in Queensland (2013) and the Roy Hill mine project in Western Australia (2015), working under Thiess providing engineering and QSE support. Following this work, he stepped into the steel fabrication industry with Snare Fabrications as a project engineer / estimator (2017) where he coordinated a number of projects including the fabrication of ventilation ducts & substation steelwork for the WestConnex. Daniel brings this experience with him as he joins Pezzimenti in 2023 as the NSW Project Manager working on quotes and site QSE

Jim Shooter

After completing a Civil Engineering degree from Sydney University in 1976, Jim worked for the State Rail Authority for 5 years and then Sydney Water for 13 years in the construction section. The last 2 years with Sydney Water he was the Project Manager of Trenchless Technology. He has presented papers at local and international Trenchless Technology conferences, including co-presenting the first paper at the inaugural ASTT Conference in 1992. He joined Pezzimenti Laserbore™ in 1994 and managed the Sydney Office until 2019. Jim is focused on expanding the Open Face Pipejacking Method within the Highway and Rail Industries in NSW, ACT and Victoria

Clayton Evans

Clayton has 20 years of hands on experience and management of all aspects of auger boring, open shield pipe jacking, laser guided vacuum extraction microtunnelling, installation of steel segmental shafts and associated civil works. Clayton is responsible for on-site supervision including client rep liaison, resourcing the construction crews, ensuring compliance and documenting of QA, WHS and E practices.

David Bennebroek

David is a qualified boilermaker and fabricator. He has over 10 years of design and fabrication of pipe jacking and vacuum extraction laser guided plant & equipment for other than rock (OTR) and rock ground conditions. He is credited with a number of unique design applications for both open face and rock disc cutting head pipe jacking shield fabrication. His sound knowledge of hydraulics and electrical controls enables him to be very effective and in charge of all QLD plant maintenance.
